“Great spot, old school craftsmanship, will take care of you. I read a review that suggested for the 50+ crowd, not sure I'd agree with that. It does have a more classic feel which I personally find preferable. They do "generally" only cut by appointment, but they will fit you in if they can on a walk-in basis.“

“When you get tired of the revolving door of stylists at the big chains try O'Grady's. No less than 5 different ones at other chain places and no one at any of them can do a simple flat top cut, it's quite amazing actually. Set appointment times so no more stupid apps that don't work right and still make you wait a long time. Staff is all very friendly & experienced, they are reasonably priced too.“

“Carissa is usually my stylist she is hands down my favorite at this location always welcoming and definitely is enjoyable to talk to. She’s usually booked pretty quickly so I have to be on my A game if I want to reserve a spot in line. She also takes the time to greet every customer that walks in the door while attending to the customer in the chair.“

“Happy with the customer service and the quality of the service. When I am paying for a child's haircut 24$ and it is showing suggested tip amount of 7$ or 9$, I am more likely to click "no tip" rather than the other two. For haircuts reasonable tip amount is 15 - 20%. There should be a 5$ button, without having to click a custom tip and enter the amount. With lower suggested tip amount almost everyone will leave a tip to the hairdresser. Unfortunately with such highly suggested tip amount, people would rather not tip.“
