They came out same day I called working me in because I had no heat in the house. Providing heaters as they were unable to resolve the problems with my boiler heat. They provided me with quotes on replacement parts as well as full replacement of the system. And they kept me updated every step of the way.
They were friendly, very informative and answered every question I had. They explained everything so I could understand. To say I was very pleased would be an understatement! I would have to say one of the best experiences I've had with a company! I absolutely would recommend them to anyone! They were great! Matt and Korey came exactly when they said they would and EDELMAN‘s provided us with two really fine technicians. They were friendly to our little dog and us as well as providing a few extras around the house as they were working. Matt went out of his way to get the right kind of coverings for my rather cluttered study and prevent dust from cutting into the ceiling being everywhere. He also went out of his way to get me the kind of dimmer switch I preferred. The job is really nice in both rooms and I couldn’t be happier. Also I feel the cost was very reasonable.
