I went into the Aspen Dental office in June of 2021, at that time was using the 19.99 special of x- ray and exam for that price . Had everything done. Needed to have PCP clearance do to past health history. They were supposed to get in touch with my Dr. That Never happened. I call several times and they didn’t respond. Went back into the office in February and got a revaluation . For a root canal, gingivitis treatment and a crown. Set up all the appointments and was told the appointment had been canceled the day before it’s scheduled day. Then received a call asking why I missed my appointment.
