Found this business through Groupon and decided to book for Microblading- I paid in advance for both my initial as well as the mandatory second session. My 1st visit should have been my last. The artist was over an hour late but, we managed to get past it. The day of my actual procedure everything went great. Although I questioned how my healing had concerned me, she told me to "trust the process" My 2nd visit was schedule for 12/22/23- I emailed her a week prior to request a date change do to my job hours. She actually called the day of 12/22 and said again...(same thing stated at the original appt) "we have a new system and there must've been a computer glitch" I've emailed, called and text at least 4 times and radio silence. No one has returned any of my calls, text or emails. My last email I requested a refund and again no response. I will be taking further action. My eye brow are incomplete and this business still has my money.
