I have been considering franchising for my business for several years and when the pandemic hit in March we were presented with an opportunity (it didn't feel like it at the time) to have the time to actually do this. I had been given a copy of Marks book and decided to reach out to iFranchise and another firm. I could tell pretty quickly that iFranchise was in another league when I did my due diligence. In terms of the backgrounds of the consultants, it was like comparing a high school football player to Tom Brady. Mark and his team are excellent! They consistently go above and beyond for us and were instrumental in helping us launch our franchise system. We worked with them on our strategic planning, sales training and the development of our Operations Manual and they continue to be an incredible resource for us.
