Jordan has been taking care of our furnace and AC for the last 2 years and he's been wonderful. He's very personable, great with pets and very conscientious. We stopped using King Heating because a tech literally waved a flashlight at my furnace during my regular cleaning appointment, told me we had a cracked heat exchange and needed a new furnace. My brother in law, who works in HVAC in NC, told me that was not possible without opening the unit. I hired Hoekstra to come out and clean my furnace and they SPECIFICALLY said my heat exchange was intact, and after that, Hoekstra got my business for life for that honesty. Years later, they did replace my furnace. But ultimately, they're a company that operates with integrity and I cannot say enough good about them.
