I have been training with Darrell for about a month now and the quality of the personal training sessions has been refreshing. He is extremely professional and not to mention, knowledgeable about the exercises and your ability to perform them. Needless to say, he gives you a good and challenging workout while rarely perfoming the same exercises twice. I am a client that likes to be challenged and pushed slightly beyond my comfort zone and he does just that. He takes the time to keep a file on you and your strengths and weaknesses to help you progess.
