I was given the recommendation by a neighbor who owns a HVAC company in the suburbs. They were great. They gave me a very reasonable estimate on a new high-efficiency AC/Heater and was able to retrofit to work with my 100-yo building, which was not easy. Even better they did both in one day! I am very happy with both the products and installation provided by Suburbian Boiler. They were also able to assist with the documentation needed for rebates.
Many months later, I was getting water dripping into my bathroom. Since the ductwork for the new HVAC is right above the spot where the water was coming, I thought it might be the condensation line for the AC unit.... read full review
This is a Family Owned Company with professional people who are just good people ! They will collaborate with you and will work towards a solution and not just a replacement HVAC. Jason and his team have decades of experience and will take the time to educate you on your HVAC - instead of just selling you a new product. I can highly recommend Suburban Boiler for more than reasonable prices and quality HVAC services!
