Dr. Robert Mack is not only thorough, but explains conditions and treatments through understandable means. His direct manner of stating what he feels needs to be done is refreshing. He lays out a plan of action for himself and for me. He is respectful and considerate of my questions as well. His office staff is superb in their direction and follow-through of all things, from greeting, scheduling, answering questions, and providing necessary digital/paperwork, while always being pleasant and attentive. I'm very grateful to have been referred by my own outstanding board certified ophthalmologist when Dr. Mack's care was the next step.

I’ve been a patient here since 2012 or 2013 and thank God every day for Dr. Mack, Dr. K and the entire team. It’s a tough pill to swallow being told you’re losing your sight at 22 yrs old. After many Drs, who all got my diagnosis and treatment plan wrong, I found Dr. Mack who not only gave me hope, but treated and repaired my condition. He cared about saving the vision I had left and restoring some of what was lost!!! The staff is professional & helpful. It’s always a pleasant experience!

Dr Mack was great very thorough was able to take care of me same day despite the wait time (so worth it). Super appreciative of him and his staff Alyssa and the guy at the front desk. Highly recommend. Thank you everyone!!
