I really appreciated all the help and kindness I received with the all the staff from the receptionist to the dental assistant and doctor. I had forgotten my insurance card and the receptionist saw how much trouble I was having to locate it virtually and they were so patient with me and I couldn't believe how they helped me locate my insurance. My 72 yr old mom also comes here and always is treated with respect and kindness and I truly appreciate you all!
This is my first disappointment I’ve had at Hoffman Smiles. I went for a cleaning. I noticed I have a mark on one of my implants that looks black and I never noticed until after this cleaning. I also felt this cleaning wasn’t thorough enough. I’m not sure if the hygienist was training or brand new at the office. Very disappointed. I’ve been going here for years and there were new faces again.
I have been to numerous dental offices and this one by far is the best. Amazing communication and customer service. Ask for Kim for the dental hygienist. She is amazing at what she does!
