Lou gave great ideas and inspiration for the retention wall and built us something more beautiful then we had envisioned. Lou and his team worked diligently to finish the project within two days and communicated effectively throughout the entire project. This was the second time we used Lotus Landscaping for our landscaping project and would happily use them again!“

“Rick did a fantastic job on our house. We had a bad hail storm last year and our insurance agent recommended Rick. From the moment he inspected the house, he was extremely professional and helpful. He made sure I understood what the nexts were throughout the entire experience. He helped us communicate with the insurance company when they wanted to replace part of one side. He drove 50 miles to pick up a piece of the “exact match” siding that was 20 years old. Of course, it didn’t match, but we had to follow the insurance process. He then helped us navigate how to work with the insurance company which was a huge stress relief.

After the insurance company agreed to replace the entire side, we decided to have Rick side the entire house. It came out AMAZING. We even added soffits and fascia the night before the siding was installed. It didn’t even phase Rick.

All together, we had siding, roof (with upgraded shingles), gutters and downspouts and soffits and fascia done. We could not be happier. A true partner and advocate through the entire process. Don’t hesitate to choose Rick and his crew. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!“

“Great service. Robert the owner was professional and came in at a lower price than Leaf Filter. About the same product but no plastic and lays on an angle in the gutter. Leaf Filter lays flat which to me means it will collect more debris.Plus the sales and estimate was really no pressure as opposed to the other guys that would not my kitchen!! Arghh. There was a leak two weeks after but it was fixed within a few days. Overall, good experience. I like supporting local businesses so it worked out.“

“Everything started by ********************* from Alliance Roofing & Exterior knocking on my door to ask if he could check my roof as he indicated that we had in this region damage related to wind. I agreed to let him check my roof on another day.He came back, climbed the ladder, and said there was damage indeed. He showed me that Alliance was an authorized installer of GAF, a top product that had a layer attached to the plywood fixed on the house frame, and the shingles on the top. It is like having a dual protection for my home. GAF provides life time warranty for their product.*** filled out the authorization to initiate a claim with State Farm that included replacement costs considering my roof already had 30 years.When the State Farm adjuster came, *** was here, and he agreed that the roof had to be replaced and the skylight as we had water damage in my bathroom. State Farm is covering that as well.During the entire process I had the pleasure to meet *******************, one of the owners of Alliance. ***** assisted to expedite the installation and minor issues we had that were fixed 100% to my satisfaction.Today I have a brand-new roof that should be able to resist a lot of rain, wind, and hail.I recommend using Alliance Roofing @ Exterior for any roofing needs.“
