If you’re looking for quality craftsmanship and kindness, look no further. Mumtaz and his team are skilled in their craft, efficient and well worth the drive from the city. We had a family rug resized and a runner made from the ‘scrap’ and are so pleased with the result! We will be returning with other rug needs.
I am reviewing based solely on their professionalism and the pick up and delivery within the promised timeframes.
I have to defer my review of the cleaning quality until after new flooring is completed and the rug can be unrolled and put back in use.
Golden Knots is the ONLY place to go if you care about your rugs. Mumtaz is wonderful to work with and is extremely knowledgeable about all types of carpets…silk, wool, etc., and can clean even the most difficult stains. One of my most prized possessions is a large pure silk on silk double hand knotted carpet, and it was badly stained by dog urine while I was pet sitting. I called Mumtaz that evening and he was here to pick it up the next morning. He just brought it back today and it looks absolutely PERFECT! I can’t say enough about the service Golden Knots provides. Don’t go anywhere else for your wall-to-wall carpeting or area rug cleaning. Thank you Mumtaz!
