Dan's Handyman Services - Hoffman Estates, Illinois

I used them once with good results. The second time, today was not good. Scheduling is difficult and the communication isn't right. I will be looking for another service for my upcoming work.

Most unprofessional person I have encountered in a long time. When Dan did not show up for the second appointment, (he cancelled the first at the last minute) I left two messages. He finally called back to say he didn't have any work in my area. No call, nothing. When I asked for a refund, he hung up on me. Unbelievable! I called back and left a message to resolve the issue of the Living Social deal. Terrible, terrible service for an independent business owner.
