Current employee. The day I started felt like I already had known everyone there. They made me feel so welcome and part of the team right away. Honestly an amazing team! The way everyone comes together for the residents and facility is amazing. I’ve personally seen the staff go above and beyond for their residents. The care and compassion is truly remarkable. I’m very happy I made the choice to work with Alden.

My mother’s received both occupational and physical therapies for rehabilitation short-term at Alden-Poplar-Creek. I’m very pleased with the overall great quality of care that she’s been given by both the clinical and therapy staff.?The administrative staff has been a pleasure to communicate with, especially the lovely admission-director,Miss Amina Zara.?The medical supplies are plentiful at this facility,and the practicality of AscensionSt. Alexius Hospital right next door is beyond wonderful.?All of the r.n.’s and c.n.a.’s are always on task with patientcare, which I truly appreciate on my mother’s behalf.?Additionally, the social-worker, Miss Anna, is...read full review

My brother was brought into Alden Poplar Creek on May 26 with Brain Cancer. They were more than accommodating and took every request I made and handled it well. They are short staffed, but I never had anyone ignore our needs. I found everything about Alden to be for the patient's comfort from the patio with a smoking area, allowing pets to visit and the option of eating with others or alone in your room. I was there and asked about t Last Rites for my brother and a priest was arranged for that evening.i asked that he never be told he was on hospice.
