We have a very tiny old house with no attic or basement. It has a utility room the size of a large closet that has our washer, dryer, old style hot water heater and some shelves. We could barely fit into it to do laundry. We contacted JC about the feasibility of installing an on demand hot water heater to provide both more efficiency and additional space. Jerry came out for a site inspection and listened to my objectives and concerns and said objectives were achievable.. Dave and Tony performed the installation.
