I have only been seeing Dr Cara for a few months and am ALREADY a huge fan of hers!!!...I have been in the medical field for 39 years and I learn something new and fascinating each time I visit with her. With her knowledge and techniques, positive attitude and cheerfulness (yes that is important too : ) ) I am feeling more energetic than I have in years?...at least the last two years. I cant wait to continue to see where this journey goes because it can only be good.
