I had Koshgarian Rug Cleaners pick up one large 9 x 12 area rug, one 4 x 6 area rug and two smaller area rugs. They called to tell me they were ready when they were promised. I asked if they could hold them due to a death in the family, which they did very willingly at no extra charge. They delivered the rugs, moved the furniture around so they would fit underneath perfectly. They came exactly when they told me the day before, were on time polite and efficient. Have used them for years and will continue to do so.
