My hip abductor has been bothering me for a month. I finally got an appointment at Impact PT and saw Chris. He was great at diagnosing the problem and treating it. He did different stretches and also did a needle treatment to release the tension. A few days later, my pain was gone and I have been able to move the leg as usual.
