John was on time, professional, knowledge and most of all did a great job addressing our hot water issue. Not only did he fix our problem, but he also noticed some things that hadn't been done right on install (from a big box store), and fixed those proactively as well. We live in an older home built in the forties. There are few people familiar with some of the older homes in Hinsdale and the piping. We reached out to Soltwich and they were responsive, affordable and helpful. We definitely recommend their services.
