Couldn't love Dr Kim more. I have been seeing her for almost a decade. We love her new office! She has always been such a thoughtful and responsible, Doctor. I have recommended many people to Dr Kim and all have been very pleased by her results. Thank you Dr Kim for taking care of me, my friends, and even family.
I visited Chicago a month ago and received facial treatment for some acne scars with radiofrequency at BU. I love my skin and feel some improvement.Excellent service, friendly staff!
During Covid it is very difficult to experience quick, efficient, and caring service but it is not a challenge at all at BU Medical. Everyone there has their client’s best interest at all times. I was especially happy with the speed of the process. From the first call I made at 10:30am, I was scheduled for a consultation at 12:30pm same day and my mole was removed by 1:10pm.I could not be happier with my procedure and the entire experience. Office was pleasantly decorated and very clean. I define recommend this establishment. Thank you for wonderful care.
