Very happy with our service today. Our technician, Orlando, solved our A/C problem and explained exactly what was going on. He was able to answer all of my questions. He wore boot covers whenever he was inside. This is our second experience with Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor and we will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommended.
Gerardo came in a timely manner and was very professional and kind, and courteous. He explained everything in detail and i didn't feel like he was trying to up price me or sell things that weren't in my best interest, which has happened before with other companies.
