Gary developed a complete plan for the property, which included resizing the garden beds, laying sod in multiple areas, burying 7 downspouts, building two new stone patios, repairing and power washing the existing patio, building an extended stone walking path, pruning a large number of trees and bushes, and installing a large raised vegetable garden bed as well as 50 new shrubs/trees/perennials. “We have been customers of Scott Byron for the last few years. We built our house 29 years ago and have had a number of landscape maintenance providers over that time, some good, some not so good. Scott Byron has so far been the best by far. The crews they send to us are very competent and reliable. But the key to this whole relationship is the project manager, Nancy Mstowski. She not only knows the technical issues needed to get the job done, but she is very proactive in regularly coming to our property to review what has been done and what needs to be done. She does not wait for me to call and tell her there is a problem with the lawn, a plant or a bush. She spots those things before I do and provides a ready, effective solution. If I want to add a plant or bush, she provides a prompt, sensible proposal. And she is very easy to deal with. Let me be clear--Scott Byron is expensive compared to the other service providers I have used. But I feel that I am getting my money's worth--a property I can be proud of, and a minimum of aggravation. If you can afford them and are not happy with your current service provider, I suggest you give them a call.“

“Phase 2So we were finally able to begin phase 2 and change the front yard. All of the old landscaping (mostly overgrown and dead bushes) were removed. We then had our house painted. Pete developed the plan for a new stoop, sidewalk, driveway and landscaping. It changed the look completely. Pete and the entire crew did another fabulous job! They always do quality work. We hope to add lighting.In the winter of 2020 we lost some old arborvitaes in the backyard .Pete put in a great fence, that has become a wonderful addition to the backyard. “Manfredini Landscaping-Design just completed its third project at our house and we could not he happier. First was a gravel parking pad on the side of our garage. They took care of all permitting issues with our Village and vastly improved the appearance and functionality of our property, and strategically planted a new Flame Maple tree that is just beautiful. Second, they removed our brick and concrete front walk and crumbling front steps and replaced them with bluestone. Looks incredible now. That was last year. This year, Manfredini Landscaping-Design disassembled a large, collapsing rock wall in our basement window well (a worrisome flood hazard for us) and rebuilt it with a new steel-reinforced concrete footing and concrete mortar between the stones. It looks so perfect when viewed from our basement picture window. Their attention to detail is second to none. The only thing might be even better is their design skills. When it comes to landscaping and outdoor design, my advice is to take your hands off the wheel and just leave it to Manfredini. Things will turn out great!“
