I requested a quote to replace the guttering on my home. Brian from Top Most Roofing was out the same day. He looked over my existing guttering, even cleaned a section, and suggested I just have my existing gutters cleaned. He was hesitant to even provide a quote on replacing the gutters. I decided to clean the gutters myself instead of replacing them. Top Most Roofing was not the only company that I requested a quote from but was the only company that gave an honest assessment saving me thousands in unnecessary costs. Thank you Brian! Brian came to do an estimate of my roof. While inspecting, he found a nail that had come loose. He made a small repair and caulked the shingles back down. My room wasn’t ready to be replaced, but I will call him back when it is time.

Our insurance company notified us we needed a new roof or they wouldn't renew the policy. Brian came out and said we didn't need a new roof. Brian gave us a fair estimate anyway and we switched insurance company (new one is not requiring a new roof at this time). We will definitely use Top Most Roofing in the future.
