Korte & Luitjohan Contractors have done more to help the advancement of our organization than any other contractors over the years. Not only have they worked diligently to make the Daphne Sumner History History and Discovery Center another tool to aid in the continuation of our Mission to educate all concerned about the history of St. Clair County, they have used all of their expertise from the front office to the Work crews on site to make our project a stunning success. Thank you to all of the contributors from Korte & Luitjohan.

Korte & Luitjohan did an excellent job on the City of Winfield Wastewater Treatment Plant project. Attention to details, very responsive, and very helpful during and after the project completion all work together to help make this a successful project.
From start to finish, the team at K&L worked with us to make our historical restoration project a success.
The project was a complete renovation and rebuilding of a 1909 house in Belleville’s historic district. The process presented many challenges and through it all, K&L provided top-flight advice and service.
The historic district has a newly-renewed building—a library and community history center. K&L was instrumental in making this vision a reality.
