“This is our 1st winter in our home, so we were bound to have issues. The other day, due to the below freezing temperatures somewhere, our pipes froze. We were unable to locate the issue, so we started calling around.Greg came for an emergency call the same day. He was able to locate the issue where I didn't expect it in, our garage, a copper pipe was frozen solid. He was able to defrost the pipe and we got running water again! He also let me know what to do to prevent it from happening again since our garage is unheated. Thankfully, we lucked out too and no pipes burst in the process.
