“Tucked away in the rear of a Highland Park industrial building, you will find a hidden gem of a gym. V3 has something for everyone, from personal training to small group classes. We are three months in, and my wife and I are both addicted to "Barbell Bootcamp." Barbell Bootcamp is a workout of the day style class. perfected by V3's owner, Gregg Piper. Each day's workout is unique, and focuses on a different muscle group. Classes are offered at convenient times throughout the weekday (6am, noon, 6pm) and weekend (9am or 10am). The beauty of the small class format is the individual attention each participant receives from the trainer, critical for anyone working through limitations. The results speak for themselves. Our bodies are stronger and more defined than ever. But V3 also changed how we see food. Gregg set us up with personalized daily macronutrient goals. He didn't just put us on a diet, but rather set us on course to eat holistically for the rest of our lives. Together with consistent workouts, I lost 15 lbs and 4% body fat over six weeks. A BIG thank you to Gregg, Ricky, Dawn and the rest of the V3 family for making each workout so much fun!“
