I had used Superior once in past and had a good experience. Unfortunately this time was not the same.Jeffrey came out and looked at our trees and gave us a written estimate of $825.00. This was for trimming and not removal. On the day of service Jeffrey and the crew arrived at 730am. Jeffery then informed me that he wanted an additional $150 for the tree in the drivewayfor a total of $1000. I corrected him and told him that would be $975. That tree was included in the original written estimate. However, I agreed to the additional payment. I had a late start to work and exited my house to check on the trees at 815am. Got several proposals to remove a dead tree and Superior was the best. They took down the tree yesterday and did an unbelievable job. There is not a scrap of bark or a limb left behind. Came early and were very thorough. Would use them again.Service: Tree removal
