Studio Lagree - Highland Park

I've taken classes from Club Pilates, SolidCore, and Lagree, though all are great workouts, they're is a burning difference with Lagree. I love their workouts. Muscles you've never used before will wake up during this class with a nice FU but thank you type of greeting. All the instructors are great but it's Mitchell's playlist for me.

The staff is very helpful and the facility is always clean. I forgot my earphones and the manager lent me her adapter so I could listen to my workout music!she gave my a deal in the earphones they had for sale too! I was so happy and it made my day!

Studio Lagree - Highland Park is just what I needed to find my motivation again. I like that each class offers the same concept, but with different experiences. This is a group setting, but it provides the ability to challenge yourself without eating yourself against everyone else in the class. The teachers are awesome and the music is the perfect tone to get you going.
