Amazing service. We were in a bit of a situation and Pasquesi was able to send Joe out. He was here within 20 minutes, and was able to effectively and efficiently fix the issues. Joe also went above and beyond in explaining everything he was doing and how he was going to help. We are customers for life. Thanks Joe and Thanks Pasquesi
Owner John called me immediately after I'd posted my initial review and both explained why he had not returned my call ( never got messages ) and issued me a credit honoring the offer that the tech had made. Glad to say that I'll remain a customer of Pasquesi Plumbing.
Pasquesi was great. they responded to my call sending someone out the next day (I called the afternoon before). Vito was great, replaced my sump pump and provided contacts to help get our basement damage addressed. would recommend highly
