I called Little Tommy’s Plumbing Shop to address an issue with one of our toilets, in which water continued to run intermittently after the bowl was filled. Steve arrived when he was scheduled to arrive, and the shop telephoned me to let me know when he was en route to our home. Steve quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts necessary to make the repair. We scheduled for the following week. The shop called me once again when Steve was en route, and he arrived when promised. He accomplished the repair quickly and expertly, and the cost was exactly what the initial estimate was. Always happy with my interactions with Little Tommy's. Highly, highly recommended. One time when my sump pump backup failed, Tommy was able to face-time me on a Sunday to help diagnose the problem. Last week when my Water Heater was leaking, Tommy was able to come out in 30 mins to quote me a replacement and we were back up and running within the next day. Again, they are highly recommended, and would use again!
