We got a few different bids for installing an outlet in our garage for our Tesla. Our association recommended Lin since they did all of the units when they were first built. The bids ranged all the way from over $5k to $500! I think just because we live in HP and own a Tesla they think they can charge us more. Lin gave us the best quote, came out quickly, did a great job. Work was clean and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Lin Electric was contracted by our contractor for the electrical work associated with our master bathroom project. After the first rough inspection, the project was stopped through no fault of the electrical team.Unfortunately, when asked for an invoice to date, Lin included fees that were greatly above his initial estimate, and inconsistent with our electrical drawings and the work completed. He charged for work that was not even started (e.g., heated floors, GFI outlets, updated circuits). Also, he double charged materials and permit fees.
