Two paws up for Furry Finesse from our fuzzy friends. They like the hot oil treatments and special attention and come home looking great, smelling great, and sooooooo soft (no knots or tangles)! A barking good time!

Furry Finesse are the fairly new owners of this dog grooming service, located at the same retail location as prior owners. Their work is consistent; our dog looks wonderful after he is groomed. He has a heavy coat and we need to maintain his "look," on a frequent basis. One of the best features we like about their service is their timing practices. When we drop off our dog (with a scheduled appointment), we know that he is not going to be lined up with other dogs and have to wait in a cage for a long time. It appears that he is taken promptly and within an hour or two, we are called to pick him up. Previous groomers we have used have often kept our dog(s) for up to 6-7 hours. They must over-schedule or prioritize walk-ins, not sure, but we trust Furry Finesse for their professionalism and talent.

Very professional, friendly, great job on grooming and cleanliness. I can't say enough about the staff and their care for our dogs. I've been taking my dogs to them even before their establishment in Ravinia opened. That says a lot! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. They are simply the best! Trust me ;)
