2024 kicked off with a basement floor..never fun! We ripped out our carpet, among other things from the damage, and decided to do vinyl floors. A friend who just redid her basement bought her vinyl floors from Carpet Central & Hardwood Flooring so I went there to check out all the options. I brought home a bunch of samples that looked good and facetimed with my decorator (who recently moved to Dallas) to find the best one. They all appeared a bit grey so I returned and brought home so more samples. This time I got it right and had Mike price it out for me. My contractor thought the price was very fair so we decided to move forward. When I checked out the samples I thought in stock meant in Illinois, but it was in the warehouse in Georgia. It took about a week to get to us, which was pretty fast, but I was hoping to start a week earlier. My kids are going a little stir crazy without a basement in the winter! As Mike promised it came in exactly a week after ordering and he worked with my contractor to pick it all up the next day. I did get an invoice that day even though I had paid for the floors a week earlier, but Mike apologized for the mix up. The floors are currently being installed and I look forward to seeing the finished product!

We had a great experience, in a world where things are delayed due to covid, they received our carpeting within a few weeks of it being ordered and then came out to install shortly thereafter - the carpet looks great, they were clean, quick and knowledgable. We had a question during the installation about whether or not we should carpet the landing on our stairs. The owner came to our home within 15 minutes of us calling him, to talk through it with us and his expert knowledge made the decision as easy one. Their customer service, products and professionalism are wonderful!

We really liked the service. Mike was great and gave us good advice. Price was right and timing excellent. We later received in the mail a letter opener with their company name on it. Great marketing! Highly recommend
