    I just started working out here a couple of months ago. My previous Super Slow center closed after I had been with my trainer for 10 years. Right down the block is Bodle's Fitness. I gave them a call and started working out with them. I work out with Katie, but have also had Bill, the owner, when Katie wasn't available. I'm so happy I found them! They take Covid seriously. Everyone washed their hands before and after a workout; masks required; no more than two clients allowed at a time.     Very smart workout. Slow lifting of weights avoids injury and increases strength. Trainer Leslie Wilson is experienced and at the top of her game. I highly recommend this organization
