They are impeccable with appoinemt times, not even a second wait time (in my experience) the staff is very friendly knowledgeable and very fair. The person I dealt with directly was Sara. She's a wonderful person who really knows her stuff. And makes a usually unbearable thing very easy to handle (for those of us who owe at the end of the year) for those getting a refund you can garuntee that Sara will work towards getting you every penny back you deserve. We all work so hard it's nice to have a place you can trust and rely on to make sure your taxes are taken care. I mean the three scariest letters in the alphabet are IRS haha.
