Kari is the best! She creates a very welcoming, friendly, comfortable atmosphere, easy to follow instructions, and various options for each pose for all experience levels. I have been going to Kari's classes for many years. If you're new or just beginning to practice yoga, a class is a great way to expand your skill set.
