If I could give less than one star, I would. I was there for 14.5 hours. I went in with covid. They knew what I had and could have gotten me in and out, but it took 14.5 hours before I saw a doctor. The night registration was nice, but that does not mean you can push me to the back of the line, which is why they did.
Will send you away if your vital signs are good enough. I brought an 86 year old with a BMI of 12 and they discharged him. They treated him like he was deceased already. The asked us about "quality of life" over "quantity of life". I told them he said do whatever it takes to keep him alive.
Y'all need more Staff Presence, Professional, and Urgency considering it is an emergency room and hospital. It was hours before me or anybody got taken care of it and I came 3 days in a row. I heard the man in the room next to me literally screaming for help and still receiving no attention. Do not go here if it's truly an emergency try Christ or any other hospital if possible.
