We placed an order for replacing 20 year's old fence on May. I researched 5 contractors for reparing and replacing. Premier had the best price for replacement. Premier was also recommended by my friend who used Premier for installing his fence. His comment was nothing special. Just reasonable price and he got nice fence. We had to cancel the first schedule for emergency but they were very helpful to re-schedule. They showed up a week later but it rained. They had to re-schedule again and came back 2 days later to finish it up. They worked very fast and cleaned up well after finishing the work. During the installation, Xfinity went down and we thought the contractor cut the line. When we told them, they contacted Xfinity immediately and Xfinity found our naighbor installation is affecting our house. We kind of blamed the contractor for something they didn't do but they were very professional and polite.
These guys are very professional. They communicated with me throughout the entire process, which I appreciated. They arrived early, finished quickly, and cleaned everything when they finished.
