Basement flooded during a storm due to a blocked drain pipe that resulted in water and sewage damage. I have no experience with such an issue so I ended up googling a nearby water restoration company. After speaking to a few company's I decided to go with Quality Assurance and I'm glad I did. Mark was understanding, prompt, and efficient with completing the work but most importantly I did not feel I was being taken advantage of...not to mention his fees are reasonable. Hopefully no one would ever need to hire a water restoration company but if you do I HIGHLY recommend you contact Quality Assurance ASAP.
