As a new Chicago resident, I struggled to find a good appliance installation company to help me install a stackable laundry unit until I found Pro Appliance. They got me on the schedule in less than 48 hours and the techs who came back were quick, personable, knowledgeable, & performed high-quality work. I'm highly impressed with this company & will be using them in the future. Highly recommend!

Paul, Cedric and Cedric were amazing! They were very kind, friendly, and informative. They really went the extra mile installing a cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher, handling all the electrical, woodwork and install. It's extremely hard to find a company that will handle everything and they did it to perfection! They arrived early and waited for me to take a 70 mile round trip to get a replacement dishwasher when they discovered my new dishwasher was damaged inside of the box. They used their own water line supplies to better protect against leaks, which were better materials than the store provided me for my new appliances. They added additional support to my cabinets and countertop, shaved my granite to fit my cooktop, all additional work and the price was extremely reasonable, less than quoted! I totally recommend this company and I hope to do business with them in the future!

upgraded an old kitchen aid combo microwave and oven due to the microwave breaking down. I separated the unit into wall mounted microwave and separate wall oven. Very detail oriented workmanship. Been trying to find a installer that does all 3 - wood work, electrical and appliance install and these guys do it all at a good price.
