“Highly recommend this place. Visiting Chicago and was looking for a place to get a pedicure. Called to see if they took walk-ins. They lady said we can come. Very welcoming. Very clean. By far one of the best pedicures I have ever had. After just coming from the gym. The massage was awesome. Tom took his time. Didn't miss any step in the process. Did not rush the process. Tom asked me my name and referred to me by my name. Also recommended some places to go as we are here visiting. Highly recommended. “I am a returning customer now. Came here because my friend recommended their dip manicure. set an appointment with Sunny, he's great. Explained to him how I got dip once before and I didn't like it. Now I will not get anything else. Sunny literally explains everything step by step and answers any questions I have. He is super honest, and will take care of your nails! The picture on this review is a week old nails, and I probably won't have to go back for another 2-3 weeks. Super excited to be able to grow my natural nails. I am used to nail salons being super busy and noisy. Pro nails does mainly appointments (but do accept walk-ins) so the times I've gone it's not busy and no wait time makes me feel like priority. And it's just a very calming environment. Love it!“
