I had the to replace my roof 10yr ago ,the roof was not installed properly, instead of placing nail on the white line on shingles the nail were everywhere but the center of the IKO shingles which are the best product. Well the wind was extremely violent on the last weekend of July 2021, I ooked at my roof and shingles were blown up in sheets on my roof. My insurance company told me that they hadn't properly installed by Genesis Property ???
So far so good. They did my roof awhile back and other repairs. Very happy with the work they did. It's like a new house
