Eric was amazing! I am from out of state and was on my way back home when my check engine light came on. Eric got me in immediately and my car was back on the road within a few hours. Fair price and great employees!

My son's 2009 Dodge Challenger was having problems shifting out of 1st gear and the speedometer wasn't functioning. I initially took his to Merlin's off 159th in Oak Forest, the owner took a quick look at the car and advised me that due to his short staffing and overwhelming work load he recommend John Arrow's Transmission. I called Eric at Arrow he had the car towed over, his crew did a diagnostic, found the problem and fixed it. All within 2-3 days. We were prepared for the worst (new transmission) but got the best news, it was a sensor that went bad. Everything was fixed for a great price!Thank you Eric and your team for wonderful service on my son's car!!!!
