I very much appreciate them!*** Had another company out a year ago only due to scheduling conflicts with Collins, come to find out they charged me for the full job but only did a 1/3 of it. I am so thankful for Adam’s time from Collins coming out and going through everything with me. I will never, and I mean never use another company other than Collins Sanitary for my septic needs. “Asap took their time with me when the plumbing company that installed my Tankless water heater brushed me aside. Chris helped me troubleshoot the system over the phone which got it running again and is going to come evaluate the system in the future for me too. The company that installed it offered no help and stated they’d be out in 2 days . ASAP is where I’m going for everything“
