“I paid for removal of a tree and stump to Tim Armstrong/Tip Top Tree Service, who in turn, had All American do the work. The tree was taken down professionally but the stump was left and Tim wouldn't take my phone calls. When I contacted the actual All American, the owner was most gracious and removed the stump, even though he wasn't paid for it. All American is great! Tip Top and Tim Armstong not!“
