We are highly pleased with our new roof! We had a high wind storm/tornado come through our town which caused hail damage to our roof, requiring a complete roof replacement. The guys with Integrity were absolutely wonderful to work with! Terry Sharp met with my husband & I on a few occasions & was very knowledgeable & efficient in explaining the process in which we needed to move forward with our new roof, he is very easy to work with & goes above & beyond to make certain his clients are “taken care of”.
Ismael (Izzy) & his roofing crew came to our home & worked diligently in the very hot weather to get our roof completed in just one day! Izzy is also a very nice young man. We are extremely satisfied with the work done on our home & highly recommend Integrity Roofing & Exteriors!!!

Bought plants for the garden. Excellent quality and price. Excellent service....and good people. At the end of planting season, they gave away their remaing plants instead of destroying them. No Big Box store would give back that way.

Chris is GREAT. I had always prepared my own taxes but we had a couple of odd things happen last year which caused some confusion. I had tried to prepare them on my own 4 separate times and got a different outcome each time. I called him at 11:30 this morning to lay it all out. He assured me he could handle it, asked me to email him my documents and by 3:30pm my tax documents were prepared and in line to be filed this evening. His customer service was incredible!

The lady who works here is very nice and her store is really clean some new machines and hot dyers. Cleaned some pretty dirty clothes, and the machine did a good job. Big loaders for like comforters and blankets. Small parking lot is the only thing I could find wrong with the store. But I've been there a few times and managed to find a space.
Visited the vet for an accidental potential litter for my Dog and it was the best experience I’ve had going to the vet within the 4years of having my pup. This is the only reproductive health vet in southern Illinois and the best one. Amazing hospitality from the staff, educational, and great humor amongst everyone. If I could have this whole office come to Carbondale I’d pray and pay on it every chance I get. Reasonable pricing and amazing staff. I couldn’t stress it enough.
Requested style: I simply love to come to fancy nails to get my nails done. The manicure lasts for weeks and protects my nails from splitting and chips
Cleanliness: This nail salon is very conscientious about cleanliness. The atmosphere is relaxing and quite beautiful , they have recently remodeled. The color and style are very pleasing to the eyes and very well thought out.

Hands down, the best salon I've ever been to. They were so sweet and patient. My daughter got exactly what she wanted and I gave them a Pinterest image and they recreated it PERFECTLY. Cannot say enough good things about them.
Called at 11:30 got in at 12:30 which was amazing and got a full color, the people were so nice and friendly. Olivia did my hair and I have never been able to have someone do what I wanted and she got it done perfectly. I will absolutely be coming back!

I paid for removal of a tree and stump to Tim Armstrong/Tip Top Tree Service, who in turn, had All American do the work. The tree was taken down professionally but the stump was left and Tim wouldn't take my phone calls. When I contacted the actual All American, the owner was most gracious and removed the stump, even though he wasn't paid for it. All American is great! Tip Top and Tim Armstong not!
