They replaced the rotted wood beam that was not supporting the structure at all and the remaining metal ones (one bent). Respect to contractors that identify other issues for you outside of the job that they're originally quoting.“

“I had Luke from Mega Solutions install my windows in 2019. Today while I was cleaning my windows, I caused the top window to go off track and it kept sliding down. I tried fixing it by myself but couldn't get both inner springs to align at the same height. I called Mega Solutions, Luke answers right away, I explained the issue, text pictures, he is at my house within the hour! He places the window back on track in seconds and then teaches me (again) how to properly open, close, take out windows to avoid any further issues. He then asks me to do a return demonstration so he knows I fully understand and am doing it properly. He is awesome. I expected to pay him for this service call. He doesn't charge me! I couldn't believe it . He has great customer service. He really cares about his customers , not just new customers but past customers which is astonishing to me in today's world. “Zack does an excellent job from start to finish, whether big or small projects- it doesn't matter. We provide electrical services to him and he is great to work for. He does it right and does not cut corners (unless you specifically ask him to cut corners, like for our new crown molding!) I asked about a tricky installation to a sloped ceiling at our house. We had called 4 carpenters who said that it was impossible without putting transition blocks in the corners. It was a small job, so we weren't sure that Zack would have time. He said that it was within his wheelhouse and got us scheduled to the first opening he had. Zack texted on the way to confirm and set up tarps once he arrived. After a practice cut and a few modifications, he got to work. He is incredibly patient, but efficient at the same time. When he finished there were a several little triangle cuts in the trash and he never needed the spare 12 footer that we bought just in case. It turned out perfectly and we get all kinds of compliments about our updated great room!“

“We chose the guys at Waterman Brothers add approximately 600 square feet to our 1950's era ranch home. We received 6 different quotes from 6 different contractors. Their price estimate came in slightly below middle of the pack. Why I give them 5 stars is as follows:Their quality of work is absolutely beyond reproach. It's definitely a good sign when the building inspector says that he always see's the highest caliber work from them and is always impressed by it.They came right on budget (and we even upgraded a few things). How man contractors actually do that? Right? Crazy!They answered every question we had, and were even able to adapt to our crazy changes, like deciding to tile the ceiling of our shower (which look super awesome FYI!).The people they work with in specialty fields (Think drywallers, electricians, etc...) were equally talented and polite. Always a huge plus.All in all, these guys were absolutely awesome. Hands down.My only takeaway that would drop them maybe a half a star were as follows:If you want communication from them, you have to talk to them. They are a fairly quiet and humble bunch, and talking isn't their strongest suit. I suppose if you have to trade speaking skills for quality of workmanship, I'm sold.Lastly, they are a little dirty. Then again, we went through some agressive construction that blew out the back wall of the house. I suppose a little dirty is expected.Again, we're super happy with them, and would recommend them without any second guessing.“

“My review is from two different perspectives. I worked with Brandon, Robert and the whole team at Mackey construction to repair damage that was caused by an ice dam on my roof. I am also an independent insurance agent who refers my clients to Mackey for their repairs after a loss at their home.

Not only were they truly wonderful, kind people to work with; they are extremely thorough. Their communication is excellent, throughout the entire process I was aware of the repairs that were completed and what the next steps were.
