Broke the foot pedal to retract the power cord. Checked online vacuum stores--"discontinued. Out of Stock" Called here and they had--in minutes. At a very reasonable price too. Will call here before I waste time on the internet.

I have 2 Electrolux vacuums, the Heavy Duty Upright and the Lite Upright. One I keep upstairs and the other one on the main level. I have had both for years and, by far, they are the best vacuums out there. I have several pets and these vacuums work great picking up pet hair.The service they provide is amazing. The owner who has run the store since the 1990s was so kind and helpful. I had let my vacuum bag over fill and called the store for help. Within 40 minutes I was in the store and the owner himself fixed my problem free of charge. You definitely won’t find a better vacuum or better service.

Everyone at this company is so professional, sincerely friendly and helpful, even the dog ? From my first phone call, drop off and pick up, they were fantastic. They did tune ups on two of our Kirby vacuums and they are like new!! Great job. Thank you.
