We hired Ron Ross to replace our two outdoor leaking spigots. Completely replacing them involved cutting through the walls into our house to get to the pipes. The one in our master bathroom required taking out the drawers of our vanity and cutting through the back wall to access the pipe. Within a few minutes Ron came walking out of the bathroom holding something in his hand. He then plopped it into my hand. Lo and behold it was my diamond wedding band that I had been missing for over 3 years! I was ecstatic!

They were able to come out quickly when I had a leak from my water heater. Due to the age of the water heater and the issues with it, I decided to replace it. Ron was very informative and professional. Pricing was fair and it was easy to set up a time for installation. I will definitely be using ACT plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs.Service: Water heater installation
We have used Ron in the past for a number of plumbing issues. We recently called Ron about an issue with a toilet and he was nice enough to recommend a specific tool to help us with it — now and in the future— versus coming out and charging us for a service call.
