I cannot say enough great things about this company. Specifically their technician Nathaniel who went above and beyond to fix a competitors bad install in a timely manner! He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful.
My mother who has a bad heart was sitting in 85° because we had a problem with an AC unit that was installed badly by one of their competitors. We called at 7am and were immediately put on the schedule. We will always feel blessed to be part of the Peter’s Heating & AC family!
Very happy with the service we received. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The repairman was at our house remarkably fast, and had our air conditioning running again very quickly.
The service guy that came out was SECOND TO NONE! I've lived at my residence since 2014, and the furnace has never worked very well. Someone told me about this person and they were absolutely right! This servicer really knows what he is doing, and works quickly and efficiently! If you need help with your furnace or central air, ASK FOR TAYLOR!!! I guarantee you will never regret it! He really knows how to do his job! IMO, he's the ONLY one to call in the entire tri-state area!
